CT Systems’ S2 control system is a closed-loop computerized solution designed to optimize the operation of GB+ gravimetric dosing and mixing units. It can manage up to 12 dosing modules on 4 production lines, offering centralized and precise supervision even in the most complex plants.
Thanks to the 15” TFT-LED touch interface, the operator can enter or change parameters directly during production, quickly and intuitively. The system is protected by password access, with an operating logic guided by clear and structured menus.
The display is both graphic and numerical, to have every relevant data under control in real time. All changes to the settings and any alarms are recorded in a time-stamped event journal, to guarantee traceability and transparency.
