From the project to full operation

We specialize in the design and tailor-made construction of industrial plants for the dosing, conveying, storage of plastic, chemical and similar materials. Whether it is a single machine or a complete “turnkey” plant, we accompany each customer in all phases of the project, with an integrated, competent and responsive approach.
1. Custom design
Each system is the result of an in-depth technical analysis, built on dialogue with the customer and knowledge of specific production needs. Our technical team does not limit itself to proposing a standard configuration, but studies in detail flows, layouts, materials, automations and space constraints to develop a truly functional solution.
We always start with a technical inspection and a clear and transparent exchange of information. We analyze the materials treated (density, particle size, hygroscopicity, abrasiveness), cleaning and production changeover needs, expected consumption, and any need for traceability or advanced automation.
On this basis, we build customized 3D layouts, which include every element of the system — from dosing to pneumatic conveying lines, from storage to data management — with the aim of optimizing available space, improving workflows and reducing waste. The future expandability of the plant and the integration with existing technologies in the plant (extruders, mixers, PLCs, supervision software) are also evaluated.
The result is a tailor-made project, where every technical choice has a precise motivation, designed to improve efficiency, safety and business continuity.


2. Plant construction and integration
Once the project has been defined, we take care of the construction of the plant by coordinating a network of selected suppliers, mostly Italian, who guarantee quality, reliability and long-lasting components. This allows us to combine design flexibility and construction solidity, while maintaining careful control over each phase.
Many elements of the system are pre-assembled and tested in our workshops or at trusted partner companies. This approach allows you to anticipate any critical issues, avoid surprises during installation and speed up assembly in the field. The logic is simple: less time on site means less downtime, less costs, and greater safety for everyone.
We are particularly attentive to the integration phase with existing lines and machinery, whether they are ours or those of other manufacturers. Our systems are designed to be compatible with the main industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.), thus allowing smooth communication and centralized process management, and we implement communication with any MES to meet Industry 4.0.
The result? A system that can be installed quickly and which, thanks to the simplicity and logic of the user interface, can be used with full operation just a few hours after start-up. The goal is always the same: to minimize downtime and maximize productivity from day one.

- Fast on-site visits – If necessary, we send technical staff directly to the factory, with spare parts and tools ready to use.
- Operator training – We offer coaching sessions and start-up training, to ensure autonomy and safety in the use of the system.
- Multilingual assistance – Our technicians can operate in Italian, English or other required languages, to ensure an effective dialogue even abroad.
4. Supply of spare parts and updates
We have an internal spare parts warehouse, always stocked, to ensure reduced delivery times and availability of critical components.
- Original spare parts always available – Consumable parts, electrical spare parts, sensors, filters, pneumatic elements, custom-made parts: all delivered quickly.
- Customized maintenance kits – We offer ready-made kits for preventive maintenance, sized according to the type of system and the intensity of use.
- Supplied and flexible warehouse – Spare parts in stock for recent systems and the possibility of rapid supply even on older machines.
- Retrofits and software updates – On request, we can upgrade existing systems with new control logic, more modern user interfaces or new functionalities required by the market.
- Upgrade and critical spare parts consultancy – We analyze with the customer which are the most strategic components to keep in stock to avoid unexpected downtime.
