Gravimetric and Volumetric Dosing
We design and manufacture modular dosing units capable of precisely managing up to 12 components per line, even with micro-components. Our systems are compatible with all major brands of extruders and use S2 closed loop controls to ensure maximum reliability.
Customized Pneumatic Conveying
We offer both dilute and dense phase pneumatic conveying systems, adaptable to the layout and conditions of the plant. The pressure or vacuum configuration is chosen according to the material, distance and flow rate to be covered, always with the aim of protecting the integrity of the product.
Safe and Efficient Storage
We offer silos, hoppers and containers with integrated sensors for the automatic management of levels and the optimization of internal logistics. Each system is designed to ensure maximum cleanliness and operational safety.
Automation and Electrical Panels
Our custom electrical panels allow the complete management of the dosing, transport and storage system, with centralized supervision and integration with the extruder (line master). Proprietary software and touch interfaces simplify management, reducing technical intervention times.
Materials Handled
Our plants are designed to process a wide range of plastic materials, including:
- • Virgin and recycled polymers: PP, PE, PVC, PET, ABS, PA, PS
- • Plasticized powders: PVC dry blend, mineral fillers (CaCO₃, talc, barium, silica), also ATEX zones 21-22
- • Solid and liquid additives: lubricants, anti-UV agents, blowing agents, antioxidants, acetates, plasticizers, also ATEX zones 21-22
- • Masterbatches and compounds: with technical fillers, dyes, fiberglass reinforcements
