High-precision gravimetric dosers for solids and liquids, with the possibility of multi-component management, ideal for the production of compounds for rubber or technical elastomers. Our systems allow batch or continuous dosing, in integration with internal mixers or extrusion lines.
Safe storage and hygienic control
Silos, containers and tanks are configured with anti-packing drains, treated surfaces to reduce material accumulation and integrated weighing systems. Solutions for hygroscopic or oxidation-prone materials are also available.
Automation and traceability
The supervision system allows complete monitoring of batches and consumption, management of recipes and recording of critical events. Our custom electrical panels guarantee full compatibility with the control systems of the compounds or extrusion lines, even already installed.
