Granule Feeders

Speed, accuracy, and integration without compromise

Speed, accuracy, and integration without compromise

When it comes to dosing bulk granular material – such as plastics, masterbatches, compounds and other similar products – it is essential to combine feed flow, precise control and process continuity.

Our granule feeders are designed to meet exactly these requirements: high transfer speed and consistent accuracy over time.

Key Benefits

Why do we choose progressing cavity feeders for granules?

For the dosing of granular materials, we prefer to use spiral single-screw screws, a technical solution that allows you to:

The mechanical simplicity of the single screw allows you to handle granules of different densities and particle sizes without compromising precision, while also offering intuitive handling for the operator.

AS 25 is our dosing unit for maximum dosing precision.

Unit designed and built for frequent production changeovers and fast cleaning times. The dosing station can be used as a single station or as part of a dosing line.

  • The modular design of AS25 provides high flexibility to meet the needs of the the different and changing process requirements.
  • All parts in contact with process materials are made of stainless steel corrosion-resistant.
  • Possibility to replace the complete dosing station without the use of tools in seconds.
  • The AS25 unit’s vibration damping system eliminates disturbances such as vibrations, typical of process areas.
  • Compact design allows up to 8 assembled dosing stations to be used from a radius of only 0.5 meters.

AS60 Feeder: Reliability and Continuous Flow

The AS60 depositor is designed with a multi-paddle agitator that ensures continuous and uniform handling of the entire contents of the ingredient compartment. This configuration eliminates the phenomena of bridge formation and guarantees a free and regular flow of material, maintaining an optimal auger fill level to ensure a linear and constant mass flow over time.

All mechanical connections, both at the input and output of the material, are designed to accommodate interchangeable accessories, thus offering maximum flexibility to adapt to different application needs and achieve the best performance in terms of precision and reliability.

The AS60 feeder can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into multiple dosing systems, ensuring versatility even in complex systems.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

The NS70 feeders are designed to offer wide flexibility of use with different types of bulk solid materials and with a wide range of flow rates.

They can work in gravimetric or volumetric mode, adapting to different process requirements.
The compact, modular design allows you to easily respond to any production changes or future integrations.
It covers flow rates ranging from 1 to 3,180 l/h, ensuring efficiency for both small doses and large volumes.
Thanks to the optimized configuration of the feed hopper, a high screw gripping length is ensured and the formation of dead zones in the material flow is eliminated.
Material change operations are quick and simple:

  • Easy cleaning by manual guillotine discharge from the bottom
  • Quick extraction of the auger from the back, without the need to disassemble the entire system

The dosers can be used as stand-alone units or integrated into multiple dosing systems, thus offering maximum versatility for different production contexts.

Our doser can powerfully, with flow rates 200 – 26129 l/h!

The mixer and the straight screw inlet prevent a bridge from forming over the augers and ensure constant filling of the augers. The augers and their housings can be simply extracted, allowing quick cleaning of the appliance.
All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, electrically polished. The seals on the side of the product are made of Teflon PTFE, with a technique and with the mixer they guarantee robustness and keep the weight of the device low.

  • The basic unit consists of the appliance casing, the intermediate casing and the mixer hopper.
  • The gearmotor applied to direct current drives the device.
  • The rotating dosing tools, adapted to the product to be dosed, can be quickly changed and cleaned at any time.
  • The mixer always rotates at the same ratio to the speed of the auger.
  • The gear drive can be found on the gear plate. For the optimal design of the speed and torque range, three gears and several metering tools are available.
